January 22, 2008Outside is cold too!
January 19, 2008
(yes, I know it’s ugly. That’s why I bought it – the ugliest thermometer Lowes sold)
It’s cold. Really really cold.
Right now, at 9:28 am, it’s -4 degrees. But with the wind chill, it’s a balmy -24. Insane.
I plan to get through the day by dreaming of my future house in Vegas and wearing all of my sweaters at once.
My favorite referee
January 13, 2008Yesterday, I pressed the rewind button during the Green Bay vs. Seattle game. Not to watch a great play (although there were several), but to watch Mike Carey call the roughing the kicker penalty. ’Round my house, Mike is known as “musical theater referee”.
That man is exact with his motions. Cheerleaders could take notes from Carey. His movements are sharp, and precise. He’s calling it, he means it, and you had better take note.
I hope he refs the Super Bowl.

January 10, 2008New Year, New Blog
January 7, 2008Part of my new year’s resolution is to be more aware of what’s going on around me, and to be more thoughtful.
And so we have a blog.
I’m planning on showing off my craftiness, triumphs, random thoughts, and vents on commercials that I hate.
